In atma vichara, however, the ‘I’ – the subject – the one who is meditating, becomes the ‘object’ of its own inquiry.This might seem a little confusing, even impossible at first, like an eye trying to see itself. However, Ramana Maharshi constantly emphasized that self-inquiry is not about trying to perceive the Self in the way one perceives an object. The Self cannot be grasped by the mind because it is its very source. Self-enquiry simply means to rest in the awareness of ‘I’ or ‘I am’, which is present when no other thoughts are there.

Who am I ?

Tthe individual self is only a thought. He defined this ‘I-thought’ as the source of all other thoughts. Concentration on the I-thought will ultimately lead one to its source, the Absolute Self.

When our thought works negative with the surrounding then the response we get from the surrounding will be negative and this makes one to suffer. Just we hate someone because of thier thoughts and we love someone because of the same reason. When the negative is sustained then we suffer. This suffering is retained as long as you retain such thoughts in you. YOU ARE THE SUSTAINER.

Once we device a way to remove our negative thoughts then all our sufferings will leave us. YOU ARE THE DESTROYER.

A well established mind, a mind which is in a state of samyukthi, is referred to as a Kalpavriksha or wishing tree. To create what you really care for, first, what you want must be well manifested in your mind. Once you can maintain a steady stream of thought without changing direction, definitely this is going to happen in your life. It will definitely manifest as a reality in your life.
So, either you make this human form into a Kalpavriksha or you make it into one big mess. You must be clear as to what is it that you really want. If you do not know what you want, the question of creating it doesn’t arise.
What every human being wants is to live joyfully, he wants to live peacefully, in terms of its relationship he wants to be loving and affectionate. All that any human being is seeking for is pleasantness within himself, pleasantness around him.
Once your mind gets organised, the way you think is the way you feel: your emotions will get organised. Once your thought and emotion are organised, your energies will go the same way. Then your very body will get organised. Once all these four are organised in one direction, your ability to create and manifest what you want is phenomenal.
You have the power to create, you are the Creator, in so many ways. The whole technology of Isha Yoga is just about this – transforming yourself from being just a piece of creation to the Creator himself. This is not in search of God, this is in search of becoming a God.

We often say we love god but i doubt the authenticity of the statement. When we love an object or a thing they never respond to our love. Is this the same relation we have with the divine ?. The single word love has different context in different usage levels but the experience is not the same in all the case. I have found it in lot of occasion verbalisation of the experience becomes impossible because that is the limitage of our language. You can’t convey completely what you have experienced, this is the truth I have learnt in my days. Bondage with the lord is not an expression but an experience, words I think won’t have that much power.

When you do good things you expect the same to happen for you but when you do bad that is not in your knowledge at all. If one is true then the converse should also be true. We struggle in realising ourself and we fail within ourself.

This is a million dollar question in many minds. We do so many things to feel happiness but all those attempts become an illusion in reality. People run behind money, power, fame, arts and so on to be happy.  As time passes nothing remains not even the memory of the incident can make us feel the same happiness once again this is the maya. The physical feeling of happiness has no effect on the being. In this search we miss of ourself out of our ignorance and finally when we realise the truth nothing remains with us this is the power of maya.

Forgiveness can be a better punishment

The act of forgiving is just blessing yourself. One should learn to forgive others for any quantum of trouble you receive from them then it is true you are in control of yourself as thier action remain unaffected on you. As pure as a true soul. When you practice to forgive others then the lingering thoughts in you minimizes and you remain free from the consequences. Understand a single thought can get multiply to millions and in the same way million get reduced to none. The game is in your hand. Actually what we forgive? Any action which which we feel as not good. Instead of opposinig for that action just leaving it as such, this is the act of forgiveness. By doing so one drops that happening as such. If one opposes any action say, then the drama of maya starts there and you will not know when it will end. Until one realises this forgiveness will be difficult to practice. In everyday life we encounter much and we accumulate those much because of our ignorance we get troubles out of our own action.

Once you forgive and dont respond there is no punishment greater than this.

Is permanent a permanent?

Nothing is permanent as time passes just leaving an impression in our thoughts. Everyone longs for happiness always and want to enjoy everymoment. This happiness and enjoyment have a different context in the modern day. Yes without working is the meaning for enjoyment and happiness nowadays. Mainly younger generation feels so much delighted in such things as they havent realised thier societal responsibilities. Media plays a huge role for such a lifestyle but truth will teach the lesson to all. Experiencing the happiness through the physical action is an illusion but the soul seeks for the permanent. When one realise nothing remains permanent by this the time to perform might have gone.

Just contradiction of thoughts between the two is the real enemy. Once a thought is generated and for that the response is negative then one opposes it and there develops the enemiety. It is not the fight between two persons but the fight between two different thoughts. Not only it can kill individuals but even the nations are destroyed for this as a person rule a nation. See how thoughts can play so simply in one’s life.The effect are devasting and they are hidden always in the reality because we always see the persons fighting but not thier thoughts fighting.

Yes only truth can sustain the time. Even if it is true love, friendship and any more bondages only time can give the true strenght of it. Words can be powerful but silence is more than words.  The true authenticity is tested really by the time and one can see it without words. If there is an expectation in the bondage then as soon as the expectaion is fullfilled you can see the bond broken. The decisions made on such bondages will lead to a shallow deep valley. Giving a time gap makes one understand the bondage not only better but sometimes the purpose is revealed sooner when there is not truth in it. As nothing can withstand the blazing fire.  By giving time lag the decisions cannot be emotional, circumstantial and expectable if one have the maturity to understand and  advocate.
